Send it to <strong>finance &#8216;at&#8217; ensemble.cymru<\/strong> &#8216;to&#8217; = @<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checklist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please remember to include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your business name and address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoice to<br> <strong>ENSEMBLE CYMRU, Ystafell 346, Prif Adeilad y Brifysgol, Ffordd y Coleg, BANGOR. LL57 2DG<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tax Date \/ Invoice Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensemble Cymru Purchase Order Number or Engagement number if you have received an order or schedule from us<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoice number or code eg 1000, 1001 etc &#8211; this will depend on your system of invoice keeping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of services including dates and nature of work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NOTE: Please keep fees and claims for reimbursement including <strong>travelling costs, accommodation on separate lines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total invoice<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Use Welsh, English or both languages as you wish. You should consider keeping a copy of the invoice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you very much for your co-operation.
