November 2016 brings an exciting international programme including sonatas from the Baroque and early Classical periods by Vivaldi and C.P.E Bach, alongside the lively ‘Capriccio’ by Franz Poenitz and ‘Deialogau’ (‘Dialogues’) by the treasured Welsh composer Murvyn Burtch – where our principal flautist, Jonathan Rimmer, will join forces with Royal Harpist, Anne Denholm.
Ensemble Cymru are delighted to welcome Anne Denholm, Official Harpist to HRH The Prince of Wales, as Principal Harpist for the 2016-17 season. Anne is the first recipient of the Gaynor Cemlyn-Jones International Chair for Harp.
