Harpist Anne Denholm, alongside principal flautist Jonathan Rimmer and violist Lucy Nolan, take us through evocations of the natural world with Sally Beamish’s ‘Between Earth and Sea’, and ‘From the Song of Amergin’ by Welsh composer Hilary Tann. This Debussy-style trio will also capture the reflective and poignant lyricism of Arnold Bax’s ‘Elegiac Trio’.
Violinist Elenid Owen and Heather Bills (cello) join us for a performance of Mozart’s exquisite Flute Quartet No. 1 in D major.

Ensemble Cymru join Alzheimer’s Society Cymru to promote Dementia Awareness Week.
On Sunday 14 May at 2pm, Ensemble Cymru musicians will be playing live at Aberystwyth Arts Centre’s main Café in advance of their end of season concert tour at 3pm.
The event is free and all are welcome. Together let’s unite for Dementia Awareness Week.
