About this performance
In its first performance since lockdown, Ensemble Cymru performs the work of Bach, Beethoven, Mared Emlyn, Mererid Hopwood, Claire Roberts and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor.
The programme features words and music we created for children and families during lockdown by Mererid Hopwood, Mared Emlyn and Claire Victoria Roberts.
Music for clarinet and string quartet by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor reflects our ongoing commitment for our musicians, composers and music to represent the full richness and diversity of traditions and cultures of the communities and schools we work with.
