Music:
A clarinet and bassoon may sound like an odd couple, but Beethoven didn’t think so. He wrote 3 lively clarinet/bassoon duos in his early twenties, and 130 years later Poulenc composed a hugely popular sonata for the same combination. A host of lively and eclectic pieces complete this entrancing programme.
