An informal event featuring music by John Hywel, composer and former lecturer and head of the music department at Bangor University and a performance by members of the University Symphony Orchestra. We’re delighted that John has agreed to be present.
Ensemble Cymru in cooperation with Pontio, Director of Music, Gwyn L. Williams and the staff and students of the music department at Bangor University is proud to pay tribute to John Hywel and his historic and considerable contribution to music-making at Bangor University, and in north Wales over many years.
